OC Watersheds polices the inland Orange County drainage ditches for pollution. They have no funds to let the public know
the dangers of dumping trash and chemicals into the drains and how it not only affects the ocean but eventually you drink
it when you go into the water at the beach. This project was a labor of love for S. California beaches.
